At all times, clients have the ability to interact with senior credit staff to remove the disconnect often experienced between clients and traditional banking services, and to accelerate the credit approval process. We undertake a credit turnaround time of 5 working days upon receipt of requested information and a site visit.

Supply Requested Information

Our business vetting process requires the provision of basic financial and operational information to assess the viability of a trade finance facility for your business. This information includes but may not be limited to the latest annual financial statements, management accounts, debtors and creditors age analysis, inventory lists and forecasts. All information is treated in the strictest confidence. Upon credit approval and before take-up of the facility, we require statutory information as prescribed by the current anti money laundering legislation (FICA documentation) and some further general information.

	Meet at Site
	Should the review of the information provided, combined with initial discussions and interactions indicate a potentially viable business case for a trade finance facility, we will undertake a visit to the business premises. The purpose of the visit is to gain a first-hand understanding of the operations, business cycles and the management team.

	Draw and Sign Documents
	Upon approval of facilities and acceptance of the broad principles of the basis of the facility, our standard documentation, facility agreements and securities are prepared for signature. Once signed and lodged, the facility becomes available for transactions.
